As an Internet based radio this site is not goverened by OFCOM. We do however try to follow general guidelines of the industry.

Anyone listening to this station in the workplace should have the necessary PRS licence to do so. We cannot be held responsible if you do not hold the correct licence. We are not responsible for any fine that you may be subject to for failing to have such a licence.

Anyone listening to this station should be aware that it is fully automated and that no presenters/technicians are available for general contact.

The time guidelines on this internet station are British and as such the 9pm watershed rule is UK time.

We do try to have the music in the correct genres but at time shtis may not be correct, we will endeavour to rectify any issues that we find.
